Gym-Nerd.Com:  This domain first opened on September 6, 2003.  Thanks to Kelsey, I was able to come up with the clever name for the domain.

BEST VIEWED:  This site is best viewed in Internet Explorer for 1024x768.  The layout might be too big for 800x600.  Here is a small version of what the site is suppose to look like:

layout: This layout was design by www.gym-nerd.com and consists of tables and the use of JavaScript for the menu and animations.  The fonts used on this website are Arial, Rage Italic, and Century Gothic.  The programs that were used to construct this website are Adobe Photoshop CS2 and notepad.
